I just wanted to say thanks so much for providing such a brilliant service. I was so pleased to have the bulb in my headlamps fitted for a nominal fee. I then had my tyre re-fitted as was loose (or something?!) for no charge at all! Gives me great peace of mind when going on a long journey on my own.

Renew rear brake caliper and brake pipe, They could not be more helpful, despite being really busy they fixed my brakes straight away.

Diagnostic, reset of climate control and error codes. Really friendly and knowledgeable team in Fleet who were able to assist me on short notice with resolving my climate control recalibration as well as clearing stored errors, including a false airbag error I had caused by disconnecting glove compartment on my 2012 Audi A1. I highly recommend them and will certainly be back should I require their services in the future, big or small.

Replace damaged sensor on front and repair Marks to bumper. Excellent and friendly service estimated cost accurately and booked in quickly work carried out and finish is very good and completed on time and estimated cost very happy.

Replace front suspension springs on Ford Fiesta. Work fitted in at short notice after spring failure. Carried out very quickly at a busy time, very efficient, courteous, highly recommended.

Alfa GT fault diagnostics, then injector replacement; Use of courtesy car. I'd arranged the day before to get a fault light checked out - the light had cleared but I wanted to be sure there wasn't a serious underlying problem. Driving over there, though, the lights came back on and the car ran very badly. The garage took it in, diagnosed the problem (injector failed) that afternoon and did everything in their power to fit in doing the necessary repair. They also juggled things so I could use a courtesy car from that afternoon, to get me and my son home safely. The job was done sooner than expected and they kept me fully notified. Service was excellent throughout.

Gave great assistance when my daughter was unable to obtain the specified oil when the warning light suddenly came on whilst on the M3. She stopped at the Welcome Break Services near fleet. Following a sudden oil light warning in her VW Golf whilst travelling from Norfolk to Dorset, my daughter became stranded at the Welcome Break Services on the M3 near Fleet and it didn't stock the specified oil. Having received a frantic call, I checked with our VW garage in Norfolk who advised it would be damaging to use the wrong oil. Not knowing the area I chanced phoning Foster and Heanes Ltd and spoke to Stuart Hird. To avoid going onto the M3, he gave me directions via the unauthorised route from the back of the services which I relayed to my daughter. He awaited her arrival. THANK YOU !!
