F&H register with BMW and Mazda OSS

We are delighted to announce that we can now offer Digital Service Records (DSR) for BMW and Mazda cars since registering with the manufacturer’s Online Service Systems.

Car service log books are on the decline as the commercial world makes the transition from paper to digital. The online service system provided by BMW and Mazda not only enables us to submit your vehicle’s digital service record but it also offers a whole host of features which helps us with fault diagnosis and provides additional support on vehicle-specific and parts-related questions when required.

As manufacturers continue to develop new digital applications we can expect to see more innovative ways of processing, accessing and utilising a vast range of data. We plan to tap into as many of these technological advances as we can as it will help us to continue to provide the dedicated and high level of service that our customers currently enjoy.
